High quality treatment
begins with precision

Our Services

At Apex Physio, we understand how important your health is but above all, how important it is to live your life. That's why we prioritise you in achieving your health goals and living your best life. We are committed to providing you with the highest quality care backed by extensive experience, the latest scientific evidence and most importantly a precise diagnosis.

Our comprehensive assessment and diagnosis process serves as foundation for us to craft individualised treatment plans tailored to you and your specific needs and goals.

Our goal is not only recovery, but also to help you achieve your goals while maintaining your health and prevent future injuries or conditions. Your goals are ours, and when health is involved we are here to support you every step of the way.

During our physiotherapy consults we also perform necessary treatments including: manual therapy/mobilisation, orthopaedic manipulative therapy, soft tissue manipulation, trigger point dry needling, mobility and strengthening exercises, motor control training, and taping.

Why Apex Physio?

Apex is the highest point of achievement. We believe in helping you achieve your health goals whatever they may be. For some, this would be peak sports performance; for others to return to activities with friends and family; for many, to return to their normal lives.

Budiman Pranjoto

Physiotherapist / Director

Budi is a musculoskeletal physiotherapist with a special interest in diagnostics. Budi came from the sunny country of Indonesia and has lived in multiple countries which gave him the opportunity to be fluent in English, Malay and Indonesian but he has now lived in New Zealand for over a decade.

His journey until this point has been relatively unusual for most health professionals as his initial education and training were aimed for engineering students which developed his analytical and problem solving skills but continued onto Biomedical Sciences. Whilst he was invested in biomedical knowledge, he ultimately decided that he enjoyed helping people directly rather than through research and lab work which drove him into Physiotherapy.

Beyond his initial training and qualifications, he has completed various post-graduate courses and training both in diagnostics and treatment. His training puts him in a unique position to utilise various diagnostic tools yet understand each of their limitations providing a more accurate diagnosis allowing for more efficient physiotherapy management.
